1. Acceptance

By using GoPray, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Not 16+? Use only under a guardian’s supervision.

2. Scope of Service

GoPray offers prayer tools, devotionals, church updates, giving links, community features, and analytics.

3. Accounts & Sign‑Up

• Provide accurate information, choose a secure password.
• You may sign in via Google, Facebook, or email.
• You can optionally upload a profile photo and select or join a church.

4. Subscriptions

• Coming Soon: optional paid plans (e.g. 6‑month, annual).
• Payment processing via Stripe, Google Play, or Apple.
• No refunds once payment is processed.
• Free beta phase ensures early access with no charge.

5. User Content & Conduct

• You are responsible for your own prayer requests, testimonies, and journal entries.
• Do not post offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.
• We may remove content at our discretion.
• You retain rights to your content but grant GoPray a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and modify it as needed for service delivery.

6. License to Use the App

GoPray grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and content in GoPray are owned by GoPray. You must not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations.
• You can close your account anytime via settings.
• Some content may remain archived for legal or compliance reasons.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

• Service is provided “as‑is.”
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., answers to prayer or spiritual growth).
• GoPray is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
• Your maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid (if any).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, with each party covering its own costs.

12. Modifications

We may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of GoPray after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
