By accessing or using Gopraying ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), whether through our website, mobile application, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including individuals using the Platform for personal prayer and devotions, church leaders using Leader Link, and churches using Church Link or other ministry tools.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gopraying. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: • All information you provide is accurate and complete. • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

Church and leader accounts may require additional verification to confirm your affiliation with a registered ministry or congregation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@gopraying.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Gopraying is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Each user may hold one personal account. Churches and organisations may hold one church account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the Gopraying community.

Gopraying is a faith-based platform built around prayer, spiritual growth and community. You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful. • Use the Platform to harass, stalk, or harm any individual or group. • Impersonate any person, church, or organisation. • Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information. • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform. • Collect or harvest other users' personal data without consent. • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these standards.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (prayers, devotions, testimonies, sermons, event details, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Gopraying a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any applicable law, or contain any material that is harmful, false, or misleading.

We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Certain features of Gopraying are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the Pricing page.

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused periods of a subscription, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Gopraying facilitates online giving (tithes, offerings, donations) on behalf of churches and ministries. All financial transactions are processed by authorised third-party payment processors.

Gopraying is not a financial institution and does not hold, manage, or guarantee funds collected through the Platform. We act solely as a technology intermediary.

Churches and ministries are solely responsible for the proper management and stewardship of funds received through Gopraying. Givers are advised to verify the legitimacy of any church or ministry before contributing.

Gopraying charges a small processing fee on transactions to cover payment gateway costs. Fees are disclosed at the point of giving.

All content, design, software, logos, and trademarks on the Gopraying Platform are the exclusive property of Gopraying or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any Gopraying intellectual property without prior written consent.

The name "Gopraying", "GoPray", and associated logos are trademarks of Gopraying. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Gopraying is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Gopraying does not provide theological, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice. Content on the Platform is for spiritual edification and informational purposes only. Always seek qualified professional advice for serious personal, medical, or financial matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gopraying and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gopraying in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we determine it is necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Gopraying is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
