Delete your account.
Your data, your choice.

The quickest way to delete your Gopraying account is from the app:

• Open the Gopraying app and sign in. • Go to Profile, then tap Settings. • Tap Delete Account. • Confirm by tapping Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that device.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your account.

Email privacy@gopraying.com from the email address linked to your Gopraying account, with the subject "Delete my account". Please include the name on your account so we can find it.

We may reply to confirm that the request came from you. Once confirmed, we will delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo. • Your prayers, devotions, prayer requests and testimonies. • Your church membership, attendance history and streaks. • Your prayer challenge progress and form responses. • Your sign-in sessions and the device tokens used to send you notifications.

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Gopraying's access to your Apple ID.

Some information may be kept after your account is deleted:

• Payment and subscription records may be kept for up to 7 years to meet financial and tax regulations. • Anonymised or aggregated data, such as overall usage statistics, may be kept. It cannot be used to identify you.

Deleted data may stay in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. To stop being charged, cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings before you delete your account.

If you have any questions about deleting your account or your data, email privacy@gopraying.com. You can read more about how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
